Seven of our Christmas activities run over Zoom, Teams, Google Meet or any video call. Everyone plays on their own device and there’s one shared scoreboard.
All seven virtual activities also run hybrid, for up to 300 people. Office and remote players each use their own screen and score on the same leaderboard, so nobody’s watching a room they’re not in.
In the office, the host briefs your team remotely over video at the same price as online, or an Onsite Host can run any of these in the room with you for £750.
Festive Explorer is a GPS Christmas treasure hunt around any town or city centre, with or without pub stops. It’s two hours long, for 8 to 750 people, and it’s £15 per person. Add a £250 Remote Host fee, or £750 for an Onsite Host who runs it with you on the day, or run it yourselves with no host fee.

Run it yourselves, add a £250 Remote Host or have an Onsite Host with you for £750. For other in-person events you can also have an Onsite Host there with you for £750 instead of a Remote Host. For a team of 20, that’s £240 for the 45-minute escape room or £490 for 90 minutes of The Winter Games with a Remote Host.

It can be challenging to create the perfect team event, but it’s important to ensure all your team members have fun during the activity. We recommend speaking to your team to understand what they really want. Try running a survey or questionnaire to gather this information. It doesn’t need to be a drawn-out process, but it is the best way to ensure your team has a great activity where everyone is engaged. The best way to celebrate Christmas with your coworkers is to arrange a team building activity, event or party. We would also recommend some office games! It’s the perfect time to get together, especially during winter when seasonal depression can start to affect your team. A Christmas activity can lift spirits and create some festive cheer before the holidays.
You could take on our Christmas trivia challenge, explore with our Christmas-themed scavenger hunt or go on a festive exploration of the best pubs in our Festive Explorer. Depending on where your office is, you could also check out the local Christmas lights, march with a Christmas sleigh or even do some carol singing. There are bound to be some local Christmas markets nearby too. There are endless ways to enjoy Christmas with your team, but it’s crucial that you do something together!
