Indoor Escape: The Hidden Lab is an indoor escape room team building activity designed for conferences, offsites and office spaces. Teams crack codes and unlock levels in one room, and every point they score plants real trees through our global partnership with Tree-Nation.
No venue hunting. No weather worries. It works in any meeting room, conference hall, hotel venue or your own office.
The story? A scientist has disappeared. They’ve left behind research fragments, personal belongings and coded clues, all pointing to a secret facility known only as The Hidden Lab. A rival organization wants the same discovery, and they won’t wait.
Using your smartphones, teams work through interactive screens in our app to examine evidence, solve puzzles and crack passcodes. Only the team captain needs the app. They’ll share QR codes with teammates to scan, unlocking images, videos and audio clues to help crack each challenge.
The more points your team earns, the more trees get planted, up to 7 per participant. A genuine CSR win alongside the leaderboard.

Activities can be adapted to fit your team’s needs. Virtual and hybrid formats are playable from anywhere with a smartphone or video call, and in-person routes and challenges can be tailored for mobility requirements. Tell us about your group when booking and we’ll adapt the experience so everyone can take part.
You can change your date, activity, or participant numbers up to 7 days before your event at no charge. If you need to cancel entirely or make changes within 7 days of your event, contact your event manager or email info@wearewildgoose.com and the team will talk you through your options.
Yes! Activities work for small teams or large groups, and can be adapted to fit your event, whether indoors, outdoors, virtual, or hybrid.
You can create an account during checkout or when prompted while booking online. Once your account is set up, you can manage your event details, review booking information, and return later to make updates.
Yes, all of our activities are run using our award-winning mobile app - Your Mobile Adventure. This allows us to deliver high-quality team activities for teams of any size, anywhere in the world. The app is available through the Apple App Store and Google Play, and your event manager or remote host will share everything you need to get everyone in your team into the activity ready to start.
